Service descriptions introduce the work we can discuss. They are not a binding quotation, a guarantee of availability or a confirmed booking. We may update descriptions as our services develop.
Enquiries and agreements
Submitting a request asks our team to contact you. Work begins only after the scope, deliverables, fees, timing and responsibilities have been agreed in writing. The contracting party and its details will be identified in the proposal or service agreement before you commit.
Scope and responsibilities
Technicalinc provides writing and information-design services. Client experts approve technical accuracy, safety instructions and regulated claims. We do not certify products or replace engineering, legal or safety review.
You are responsible for providing accurate information, obtaining permission to share materials and identifying the people authorized to approve work. We will agree access and secure transfer arrangements separately; do not send credentials through the public form.
Fees, changes and cancellation
There is no automatic checkout or payment on this website. Pricing, deposits if any, payment dates, changes, cancellation and refund provisions are set out in the written proposal. Third-party charges and terms are separate and require your approval.
Examples and intellectual property
Interactive examples, sample documents, checklists and concept imagery illustrate a possible approach. They are not client results or promises of a particular outcome. Website materials may not be republished commercially without permission. Ownership and usage rights for commissioned work are defined in its agreement.
Acceptable use
Do not submit unlawful material, impersonate another person, attempt unauthorized access or interfere with the site. We may block abusive requests. Do not submit confidential material until an appropriate handling arrangement has been agreed.
Website availability
We take reasonable care with the website but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or that all information suits every situation. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any project-specific dispute provisions are set out in the signed agreement.
Privacy and communication
